Dave Clark
Dave Clark is a Managing Partner with Medi-Launch Partners. He is based in the metro New York City area. A 25 year veteran of the medical device industry, Dave has held numerous commercial leadership positions. Most recently Dave was the co-architect of the US commercial launch of HEMOBLAST with Biom’up in the Executive Vice President of U.S. Sales role. He built, led and managed the US Sales Team pre- and post-launch which included over 200 surgical distributor representatives. In addition Dave has worked with numerous other high profile companies such as Baxter Healthcare and Medtronic. He has very strong expertise in building and leading high performing direct and in-direct surgical device sales teams including the recruitment and placement of front line and executive leadership. Dave has a B.A. in Economics from Rutgers University.

STEVEN FORD
Steven Ford is a Managing Partner with Medi-Launch Partners. He is based in the greater San Diego area. Steve has worked for 25 years in the field of medical devices, in the areas of sales management, product management, product development, business development and research & development at companies such as Baxter, CR Bard, Ethicon, Allergan, Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Alphatec Spine. Throughout Steve’s career, he has led and participated on over 75 product development teams and has launched over 50 medical devices globally. Steve is an innovative problem solver and has many patents in the areas of hemostasis, sealing and tissue reconstruction. Most recently, Steve was the U.S. Vice President of Marketing for Biom’up where he was a co-lead on the high profile successful launch of their surgical hemostat HEMOBLAST Bellows. Steve holds a B.S. in Marketing from California State University.
